Joe Jacobi Jr, a licensed real estate salesperson since 2013, brings a rich heritage in real estate development and construction to his practice. Coming from a family of developers and contractors, Joe has been immersed in the realms of development, leasing, and construction for the better part of his life.
His journey into real estate was further enriched by his college years, during which he worked in commercial construction, and he continues to dedicate his spare time to both residential and commercial construction projects. This hands-on experience not only distinguishes Joe but also equips him with a profound understanding of buildout costs, project timelines, and Tenant Improvement Allowances (TIA), invaluable assets in lease negotiations.
Beyond his practical expertise, Joe maintains an extensive and vibrant professional network. He proudly serves as President of the WNY New York State Commercial Association of Realtors (NYSCAR) and holds memberships with organizations such as the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and the Greater Rochester Association of Realtors (GRAR). His commitment to excellence and community engagement underscores his dedication to the real estate profession.
