We are excited to announce the opening of a brand-new Chase Bank branch on McKinley Parkway.
The new Chase Bank branch is situated on a pad site in front of a grocery-anchored shopping mall at the junction of McKinley Parkway and Southwestern Boulevard. This excellent location for Chase has high visibility and accessible for residents of Buffalo’s South Towns.
The site was carefully selected as part of DonovanRES’ strategy for Chase Bank to maximize reach and exposure in their initial branch rollout in the Buffalo area. The pad site is also ideal for a variety of retail concepts; however, our strong developer relationships helped us get this position for Chase Bank.
